Have originally ordered the item from Not A Number, Inc.

Return the item within 30 days of receipt

Return item in original packaging

Failure to include original packaging will result in a $5.00 restocking fee being deducted from the total refund

Upon receipt of your return, Not A Number, Inc. will refund your entire cost (including return shipping charges).

After 30 days, we will still exchange defective NightStars for working ones, but we will not issue refunds.
